General Terms & Definitions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a binding agreement between the 55www platform and all its users ("Members"). Some key terms used in these Terms are defined below:

• "Platform" refers to the 55www website, mobile site, and all related services.
• "Member" refers to any person registered on 55www.
• "Account" refers to a member's personal account.
• "Services" refers to all gaming and betting features offered by 55www.

Transferring or sharing an account with a third party is strictly prohibited. Betting or conducting any transactions from another person's account is not allowed. 55www reserves the right to permanently close an account if this rule is violated.

Deposit, Withdrawal & Payment Policy

All financial transactions on 55www are processed through secure and encrypted channels. Supported payment methods and their associated limits are listed below:

• Minimum Deposit: ৳300 (per method)
• Minimum Withdrawal: ৳1,000

Withdrawal requests will only be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit. 55www may verify withdrawal requests for any reason and may request additional information if needed.

Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

55www offers various types of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus comes with specific conditions that should be read carefully before claiming.

Welcome Bonus: 120% bonus on the first deposit, up to ৳15,000. For example, a deposit of ৳1,000 will earn a ৳1,200 bonus, making the total balance ৳2,200. A deposit of ৳26,000 will earn the maximum bonus of ৳15,000, making the total balance ৳41,000.

Wagering Requirement (20x): Bets worth 20 times the bonus amount must be completed. Example: ৳1,200 bonus × 20 = ৳24,000 in bets must be completed before withdrawing bonus winnings.

• Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus.
• Bonuses must be used within a specified time limit, which will be stated in the bonus offer.
• If a bonus is claimed across multiple accounts, all associated accounts will be closed.
• 55www reserves the right to cancel any bonus if misuse is suspected.
• Deposits cannot be withdrawn while a bonus is active.

Betting & Gaming Rules

55www offers various types of services including casino games, slots, sports betting, and live dealer games. The following rules apply when using these services:

1. Each game has its own rules, which can be viewed within the game. If there is any conflict between a game-specific rule and 55www's general terms and conditions, the game-specific rule shall apply.
2. If a game stops mid-session due to a technical fault, 55www reserves the right to void the result of that round and return the stake.
3. For sports betting, the latest official result shall apply.
4. 55www reserves the right to make the final decision on accepting or rejecting any bet.
5. The use of any betting software, bots, or automation tools is strictly prohibited.

Prohibited Activities & Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 55www platform. Violating these prohibitions will result in serious action being taken:

• Creating or using multiple accounts.
• Registering with false or misleading information.
• Placing calculated bets with the intent to abuse the bonus system (bonus hunting or arbitrage betting).
• Exploiting errors or bugs in games.
• Hacking, phishing, or other cybercriminal activities.
• Harassing or intimidating other members.
• Money laundering or depositing funds from illegal sources.
• Using 55www's services for commercial purposes.
• Placing bets on behalf of a third party or managing an account for someone else.

If any of the above activities are detected, 55www reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close the account concerned and to forfeit any deposits and winnings.

Account Suspension, Closure & Forfeiture of Funds

55www may take action on a member's account in any of the following circumstances:

1. Violation of any clause of the Terms.
2. Detection of suspicious or fraudulent activity.
3. Failure to verify identity or provision of false information.
4. At the direction of a relevant authority.
5. Upon the member's own request for self-exclusion.

A member may also request the closure of their account at any time. In such cases, any active bonuses will be cancelled, but the verified balance will be returned. Contact the support team for the appeals process.

Limitation of Liability

55www strives to provide its services reliably and consistently. However, 55www will not be held liable in the following circumstances:

• A game stops mid-session due to an internet connectivity issue.
• A transaction is delayed due to an issue with a third-party server or payment gateway.
• A service is temporarily unavailable due to an unexpected technical fault or system upgrade.
• Natural disasters, pandemics, or other force majeure events.
• Account credentials are exposed due to the member's own negligence.

In the event of any service disruption, 55www will work to restore the service as quickly as possible and ensure appropriate remedies for affected members.
